Please arrive in Kansas City such that you can be at the WWI Memorial by 8:00pm.
We have reserved a hotel room for you at the Crossroads Hotel; you do not necessarily need to check in beforehand, but we recommend it. Presumably you'd like to drop your bags, change, drink Malibu by yourself in your hotel room, etc.
Be at the 89th Division Memorial at the southern end of the Liberty Memorial Mall at the WWI Memorial at 8:00pm sharp. Do not arrive early. Do not arrive late. Further instructions will be conveyed to you by text. You obviously understand that the time and location of Tap Night will change; you'll receive instructions to move to another site, perhaps as early as 7:30pm. Probably a good idea to be at the hotel and ready to roll at 7pm, right?
Attire is "TF Formal," which means dress to impress / look awesome.
Cocktails at [redacted]; dinner at [redacted]; drinks at [redacted]; dancing at [redacted]. Transportation has been arranged for you.
We entertain each other at these dinners; be prepared with a song, story, recitation, toast, bumper, etc. Members are fined if unprepared.
Late night drinks post-show back at TFHQ [i.e, the mansion that we've reserved for the evening]; group singing of "Kiss from a Rose" and "Under the Sea." You will be returned to your hotel room at the Crossroads Hotel whenever you desire.
Victory breakfast. Members will depart Kansas City at their leisure after suffering through Friday morning client calls.
